Where are you located?
35 minutes east of Sherwood Park along the Yellowhead/Highway 16. Adjacent to the Town of Mundare.

Frequently Asked Questions - REAL ESTATE

Can I build my own home?
An owner can build their own home and choose any builder, however the architectural guidelines must be adhered to.

What size are the lots?
We have lots ranging from 40 feet in width to 60 feet in width. These lots offer building pockets of approximately 30 feet up to 50 feet (5 feet minimum for side yards).

What size or style of house do I have to build?
The minimum house size for our smallest lots is a 1000 sq. ft. bungalow or a 1400 sq. ft. 2 storey. And for our biggest lots the minimum size is 1400 sq. ft. for a bungalow or 1800 sq. ft. for a 2 storey. Many people are choosing to build bigger than these minimums. Also, each house is to have a minimum double attached garage with many choosing to build a triple to fit their golf cart. Frequently Asked Questions - GOLF COURSE

Is the golf course a public course?
The Golf Club is a public daily fee course.

When will the golf course be open?
The golf club is now open on 18 holes.  The final nine holes were completed in July of 2011 and are playing with excellent conditions.
